I don’t have enough points on my card for the whole of my bill. Can I use the points I have and pay the rest of the bill separately?

Sure you can. Just let your waiter or waitress know this is what you want to do and they will deduct the points from your account and charge you for the rest of the bill amount.  

How do I collect my points?

Hand in your membership card when paying your bill and your points will be added to your account.

How can I redeem my points?

Again, hand in your membership card when paying your bill and the amount of points you wish to use will be deducted from your account.

How can I find out how many points I have?

You can either logon into the secure ‘Very Individual People’ members page of this website where you can view your points and their monetary value on the left hand side, or ask a member of staff at any of our restaurants to check your account for you.

I have collected points but the balance is showing as being zero! Why is this?

This may be because your card has not been registered or activated. Once your card has been activated you will receive an email confirming this and your points will be available to redeem. If you are still experiencing difficulties please email support@club-individual.co.uk

Sorry, I’ve forgotten my card!

No problem. Ask a member of our team to get your receipt validated by a manager then post it to Club Individual, 4th Floor Ridgefield House, John Dalton Street, Manchester, M2 6JR. Please note that it will take 48 hours from receiving your receipt for points to be added.

Oh no! I've lost my card!

Don't worry, we can re-issue your card. Email all your contact details to info@club-individual.co.uk and your new membership card will be posted to you.

I have moved house/changed email address, how can I update my account details?

Easy, peasy! Visit club-individual.co.uk and log into your account under the ‘Very Individual People’ page where you will be able to amend your profile details. Alternatively you can email your updated information to info@club-individual.co.uk. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any loss of information or miscommunication if a member does not update their membership profile.

How can I opt out of receiving emails from you?

Again, log into your account online and amend your correspondence details.

Where can I use my card?

- You can use your card in any participating The Restaurant Bar and Grill, Piccolino, Bank Restaurant and Bar or Zinc Bar & Grill. A full list of restaurants can be found in the Little Black Book section of this website.

How can I apply for a Black Card?

The Club Individual Black Card is the second tier membership available to those guests who have spent over £2,500 at any of our restaurants in a year. Once you have reached this criteria you will be contacted and invited to join the next tier of membership. If you think you have reached this criteria and haven’t been contacted, please email support@club-individual.co.uk or speak to a member of staff within any of our restaurants. Once your application has been processed you will be able to take advantage of the additional Black Card benefits.
